## About
The AI Maturity Curve is a free, vendor-neutral framework and interactive assessment tool that maps organizations across six stages of AI fluency. It helps founders, CEOs, and operators understand where their company stands in terms of AI adoption and what to do next.

## Six Stages
1. Curious - A few enthusiasts on personal accounts
2. Experimenting - Tools approved, patchy adoption, no expectations
3. Adopting - AI is in the workflow, training is the bottleneck
4. Operational - AI fluency is required, agents are in production
5. AI-Native - The company is structured around AI leverage
6. Compounding - The flywheel turns itself, people focus on judgment

## Six Dimensions
Each stage is measured across six dimensions:
- Mindset & Adoption
- Workflow Integration
- Building & Automation
- Accountability & Quality
- Hiring & Talent
- Strategy & Product

## Assessment
The assessment consists of 15 questions (2-3 per dimension) that take approximately 3 minutes to complete. Each question has 6 answer options corresponding to stages 1-6. The result is a single position on the curve, a per-dimension breakdown, and personalized recommendations for moving to the next stage.
